PARIS: GIULIANO PEPARINI who is the director and choreographer of 1789, has managed to make it a lively musical production, where the choreography is jumping naturally out of the history, furthermore the good cutting between the sequences is very well made, so i have the feeling that i am anjoying a live motion picture production, absolutely wonderful made. Review by Henning Høholt..
Leif Segerstam dirigerer Den Norske Operas Orkester i Mahlers 9. Symfoni på Operaen i Oslo, søndag 21. Oktober.

FLORENCE: Crescentini concert in FLorence: Ms. Comparato shows a solid luminous voice, homogeneous throughout its range. She stresses the meaning of the words, which makes her an ideal singer for the recitatives, which are – as we have seen – so important in these Cantatas. Review by Fabio Bardelli

It was however his career as a sopranist that brought him the widest acclaim all over Europe, as he turned out to be one of last great Italian castrati. Review by Fabio Bardelli.
