OSLO/NORWAY: In the serial of popular summer concerts in the Vigeland Museum Courtyard in Oslo. This Sunday it was the Operagalla, where the audience enjoyed Adrian Angelico, mezzosoprano, Gørill Songvoll, sopran, Thomas Ruud, tenor and Dorina Komani, piano. Who presented a program with big variations by Mascagni, Verdi, Hände. Kallmann, Barber, Vivaldi, Donates, Massenet, Mozar, Offenbach and Puccini.
Among the highlights from the concert were Dorina Komani, piano playing “Orobroy” by David Pena Donates. Adrian Angelico, messosopran singing “Coeur sans amour” from Jules Massenets opera Cendrillon, and the famouse gondola duet from Jaques Offenbachs opera Hoffmanns Tales, the last together with the sopran Gjøril Songvoll, who also, masterly performed the famouse Tosca aria “Visi d´Arte”, and Liu´s aria from Turandot. Where Thomas Ruud starred “E lucevan le Stella” Tosca and ended it all with “Nessun Dorma”.
