Joonas Asikainen – Finnish baritone (28) that ended his studies at the Sibelius Academy this year. He won the first prize in the Kangasniemi singing competition and third prize in the Merikanto singing competition 2015. In January 2016 he won the 3rd prize in Lappeenranta. He represents a big and colorful sound in a slim body. Open for studio positions. He lives in Berlin.
Sebastian Durán – Swedish baritone (27) that ends his vocal studies at the Opera Academy in Stockholm this spring. Don’t miss him at the Academy’s presentation at the Royal Opera in Stockholm, 4th of June. He owns a big and beautiful cavalier sound in a slim body. He will sing the title role in Don Giovanni at Malmö Opera’s production this summer at Copenhagen Opera Festival, 31st of July and 1stof August. Exciting work at Vadstena-akademien awaits in 2017. Open for studio positions. He just won one of the biggest prizes for singers in Sweden, Barbro Salén-scholarship (100 000 SEK).

Bernt Ola Volungholen
Bernt Ola Volungholen – Norwegian baritone (27) is from season 16/17 until 17/18, part of the new and handpicked ensemble at Luzern Opera under supervision of the new and exciting Intendant, Benedict von Peter. Bernt Ola ends his training at the Opera Academy in Copenhagen this spring. He can be heard as Silvio and Wolfram the 20th and 27th of May at the exam presentation in Copenhagen Opera house. Bernt Ola made a spectacular debut earlier this year at the Norwegian National Opera, as Papageno. Short and fit.
Angelica Voje
Angelica Voje – The Norwegian mezzo-soprano (36) will sing Cherubino at The Norwegian National Opera with performances 22, 24, 26 June. Giulietta in Hoffman at Opera Nordfjord and Carmen in Narvik, awaits later this year. In 2017 off to France and Italy with ROH’s production of Francesconi’s “Quartett” and Der Komponist at the Arctic Opera, but openings in the calendar is available. Angelica is tall, slim and boyish.
Hamida Kristoffersen – The Norwegian soprano (27) from the far north with the unique shimmer in her voice, has been offered a position in the ensemble at Opernhaus Zürich from 16/17. She accepted. Summer and concert openings available

Sanna Gibbs – The colourful and athletic Swedish firework soprano (28) is celebrating a grand success as Musetta at the Royal Opera in Stockholm this spring. Frascita at Dalhalla open air arena and Jenny Smith in Mahagonny at NorrlandsOperan awaits later this year.
Tuva Semmingsen
Tuva Semmingsen* – The small Norwegian mezzo with the huge stage presence (40), is now freelance again after leaving her position at The Royal Opera in Copenhagen
. The calendar is full at the moment but openings available in 17/18. Rosina awaits at Bergen International Festival , 4, 6, 8 June in a Rocc/ Opera Bergen production.
Hege Gustava Tjønn Ludwig – the Vienna based Norwegian lyric-dramatic coloratura soprano with the long name, is taking on a great Donizetti challenge later this year: Lucrezia Borgia at Malmö Opera on tour: 30 (!) performances at places in Sweden where Lucrezia has never been before, for sure.
Espen Langvik – The Norwegian baritone – is again taking on his signature role at The Norwegian National Opera: Il Conte Almaviva, whom he portrays as no one else. 11, 13, 15 and 22, 24, 26th of June, are the dates.
