PARIS: since October 1998, when the first performance of this international dance gala was arranged in Paris
.

The Stars of the 21st Century occur each season in September presenting  performances at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris
.

For the international ballet world this event has been a highlight in the ballet world, showing some of the most interesting talents, and welcoming back some that allready are at the top of their carriere, as Daniil Simkin.

In this case this is highlighting the season with soloas and pas de deux from the wide international repertoire, presenting choreographyes from allready wellknown choreographers, as well as of  talented choreographers from the younger generations, which are having success around in the world
.

In this way these gallas are extraordinary, as we dont see this at forexempel with the French National Ballet at Opera Garnier or Bastille. Hopefully this will change now, with the new management taking over by Benjamin Millepied.

It became even vocations of these shows that to discover the Parisian audience of young soloists at the beginning of a promising career as Svetlana Zakharova, Polina Semionova or extraordinary Daniil Simkin, revelation Gala 2007 and recently named “Principal soloist at the ABT”, they have the pleasure to welcome back this year for the 16th edition of the gala.

The reputation acquired over the years and the undeniable success with the public and media are the Gala des Etoiles of the 21st century a key event in the world of international dance and a highly anticipated visit to Paris.

The new edition to be held on 20, 21 and 22 September.
