A true “national treasure”, the great Belgian baritone with the Mint maintains links with a steadfast loyalty. The knight errant dream of a just world: Jules Massenet 68 years when he composed this Don Quixote in 1910. It was at the height of his fame and he puts all his fancy and his melodic sense in the service of this “heroic comedy” whose humor and emotion are the essential drama springs.

A unique event, producing exceptional: Marc Minkowski took the helm of the Symphony Orchestra and Chorus of Money and directs for the first time the work of Jules Massenet. He knows the director Laurent Pelly alongside whom he has already conducted several performances

This is the first time the Mint will present a staging by Laurent Pelly, which we have yet to taste the talent in the application space – especially for the Mint – the recital by Dame Felicity Lott in 2008.
