PARIS/FRANCE: The world famouse Estonian composer ARVO PÄRT can today celebrtae his 80 years birthday, and I am sure that it will becelebrated many places.
Here in Paris, Orchestre de Paris during its musical director Paavo Järvi are presenting music by Arvo Pärt the coming weekend 19. and 20th. September with three arrangements, One full Pärt concert 19th. and 20th a seminar, and an evening concert where some famouse music pieces by Pärt will be performed.

DRAMMEN/NORGE: Steffen Kammler: Lørdag 19.9. kl.18 skal vi ha en hel Arvo Pärt-konsert i Bragernes kirke i Drammen. Orkestermusikk, kammermusikk og kor, med omtrent 150 musikere, masterstudenter fra Norges musikkhøyskole, Norges eldste oratoriekor Cæciliaforeningen og elever ved musikklinjen på St. Hallvard videregående skole. Alt det i rammen av Drammen Sacred Festival.
